Engineering the layer where software meets the metal.
KRNLPWR LLC is a systems performance engineering firm serving technology companies, research labs, and infrastructure operators across the United States. We work at the kernel, firmware, and compute-cluster level — where most consultancies stop looking.
A registered engineering entity built for long-term technical partnerships.
KRNLPWR LLC is a limited liability company duly organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, headquartered at 41 Laurel Dr, Lincoln, MA 01773. Our location places us within Greater Boston's dense corridor of research institutions and applied computing organizations, a region we draw on for both talent and technical grounding.
The firm was formed around a simple premise: performance problems that live at the operating-system and hardware-interface level require engineers who are comfortable below the application layer. Our practice concentrates on kernel modules, real-time operating systems, embedded firmware, and the power and compute efficiency of the infrastructure that runs them.
We operate as a lean, senior-only engineering team. Every engagement is scoped, documented, and delivered under a written statement of work, consistent with standard United States commercial contracting practice for professional technical services.
